When your heart feels heavy for no clear reason, and blessings seem to quietly fade, it may be the effect of envy or the glance of an unseen eye. In such moments, the soul turns to God, seeking refuge in His words, for supplication is more than speech—it is a gentle healing that restores inner balance.

Protecting oneself from envy and the evil eye is a well-known practice. It is often done by reciting verses such as Al-Fatiha, Ayat al-Kursi, and the last two chapters of the Qur’an, while blowing lightly over water and then using it for drinking or washing.

Among the most meaningful supplications are:

O God, cool the heat of the evil eye, remove the harm of envy, and heal me from what I feel.
I seek refuge in the perfect words of God from every harmful eye and envious soul.
O God, I entrust You with my blessings, so protect them and guard them from loss.
O God, turn the plans of the envious back upon them and keep them away from me.
O God, remove every trace of envy from my body and my home.
O God, protect me with Your strong protection and keep me safe from all harm.
O God, bless my provision and keep envy away from my life.

For provision and protection together:

O God, grant me abundant lawful provision and bless it.
O God, bring my provision closer if it is far, and make it easy if it is near.
O God, suffice me with what is lawful and enrich me by Your grace.

Consistency in morning and evening remembrance remains the strongest shield, surrounding a person with divine protection.

Always remember: what is meant for you will never miss you, and what misses you was never meant for you. A sincere prayer can bring light back into the darkest days.
