Last Night of Ramadan Dua: Farewell Words Full of Faith
As Ramadan comes to an end, Muslims seek heartfelt supplications inspired by the Prophet ﷺ to ask for acceptance, mercy, and forgiveness.
On the final nights of Ramadan, when silence fills the air and hearts grow tender, supplications rise like soft whispers to the heavens, carrying hope, gratitude, and longing for acceptance.
The Prophet ﷺ used to say when bidding farewell to Ramadan:
"O Allah, do not make it the last of our fasting. If it is, then make me among the forgiven, not deprived. Praise be to Allah for completion and reaching it. O Allah, make us among those who fasted with faith and attained Laylat al-Qadr."
Heartfelt Supplications
O Allah, accept our fasting and prayers, forgive our sins, and write us among those freed from the Fire.
O Allah, do not let Ramadan end without granting us forgiveness and acceptance.
O Allah, return Ramadan to us for many years in good health and faith.
Prayers for Mercy and Relief
O Allah, make the Qur’an the light of our hearts and the remover of our worries.
O Allah, we entrust You with our prayers—accept them and do not turn us away disappointed.
A Gentle Farewell
In this sacred moment, it is not the length of prayers that matters, but their sincerity…
A farewell, yes—but also a beginning of hope, that we leave Ramadan forgiven, and return to it better, stronger, and closer to Allah.
